It has 5 spacious bedrooms, where you can fit two or three beds in each, and 4 of them with private balconies, 2 full bathrooms in the second floor and 1/2 bathroom in the first floor.; 4 closets – one with solar drying system, one with natural cooling system.
The garden is bordered by a natural fence and has some medicinal plants like Lemon Grass, Basil, Vervain, Prickly Pear, Aloe, Culantro, Wild Yam, Citronella and wildlife-attracting plants, as well as aromatics like Roses, Night Jessamine, Muraya Exotica, and Datura. It includes a small additional shed / work area. During rainy season, it has a small stream that crosses it with clean water. It also has the following Trees : Avocado, Cinnamon, Noni, Cacao, Banana, Cotton, Biriba, Soursop, Papaya, Achiote.
The house is in good shape, although it might need a hand of varnish.
